Tortoise stops play

An enjoyable day with lots of running, including a tough 5k race, and afterwards cleaning the house from top to bottom. A point of note - isn't it strange how when you employ a cleaner to do a couple of hours worth of work every 2 weeks you ensure the house is spotless before he/she arrives... . I put it down to pride (wrongly). Anyway with a new football season starting, Tottenham won comfortably 2-1 and are going to win the quadruple this season, a few friends came round and played garden cricket. I love garden cricket and 'one hand one bounce'. Fred, the over fed tortoise, pretty much ruined the game by going between batsman & bowler trying to get our toes constantly. Not annoying at all...
