Today we headed north to Banff. It took ages but the girls, bless em, only kicked off with boredom, weariness and frustration a mere 20 minutes from our destination.

We're staying with grandma and grandad. After dinner we walked down to the beach. It rained. But the sunset was beautiful.

The only other excitement today was the discovery of a seriously monstrous spider in the sink. I did not lead the way when it came to the tried and trusted paper and cup dispatch.
