Kids in a Fountain.
We were downtown at the waterfront this evening. I had already collected quite a lot of Blippable material when M noticed a bunch of kids running in and out of the water jets of a fountain. But this wasn't just any fountain: the jets turned themselves on randomly, with different intensities and different jets coming on at different times in a totally unpredictable pattern. The kids - and one or two adults - were playing roulette, trying to guess when the jets would come on and whether they could avoid being drenched. At a certain point they were all so sodden that it made no difference and it just turned into a ballet superimposed on the water jets. I had my only A/F lens with me, the Panasonic 20mm 1.7 pancake. It had all the speed I needed and the A/F made this photograph possible.
