Langley-on-Tyne

Ophelia and I went to the third class in our Infant Massage course in Haydon Bridge this morning. This photo was taken on the way there at Langley-on-Tyne. In the afternoon, Hubby and Grace also came along, this time to Haltwhistle where it was Grace's turn for an activity. It was a taster session for a course called 'Play and Learn'. The course itself starts after half term for six weeks and is supposed to get her ready for pre-school, which she starts at Easter. If today is anything to go by, she certainly needs it!!!! She spent the entire 90 minutes darting between activities, ignoring the structured routine that the instructor was pushing for. It was hilarious! Still, the next 6 sessions should help her get her more settled I hope.

Whilst we were in there with Grace, Ophelia went into a creche for the first time. It's amazing how different the two girls are temperment-wise. I'd NEVER have put Grace in a creche at 10 weeks old, or even 10 months. She was, and is, such a livewire and can be very unsettled and easily upset. Ophelia almost from birth has been completely different.

HAPPY NEWS! My niece had her baby boy yesterday. No name for the little chap yet. Well done Katie and Neil :)
