Monster Truck

I had a duvet day today! I slept, I had cups of tea in bed and I watched... very sad I know...programmes about the referendum, and slept some more. It was great. Then the family came home and Little Miss E slept with me after adventuring with her daddy and big brother for the day.

Tonight after the tent came down, (Munchkin 1 actually managed all night in it!) Mr C got his RC Monster Truck out. Big Boys toys!

So after a lazy day of absolutely no interest in taking photographs, I thought this'll be my Blip. After a couple of practice shots outside the house, with Little Miss E Climbing on my back while I was lying on the ground, while the RC was jumping over Munckin 1's bike jumps, We headed off to the woods with our neighbours and their two boys to get some serious jump shots.

It was a disaster... didn't go as planned. So off to find some puddles...success...so to speak. Then we decided to go home via the fields. The gap that I thought was in one of them to cut through, was no longer there. So we ended up going on a proper bear hunt! Oh no fields of corn! can't go over them, can't go under them, we've got to go through them! and again! (If you don't have kids, that reference will be totally lost in you) But it was lots of fun...even though I was navigating at the front and they towered way above me.
