Foundations

As this is first and foremost a journal, I thought I'd better include the site visit we took today to see the foundations for our new home. The munchkins weren't allowed near but Mr C and I took it in turns with our fetching red hard hats and high-viz vests to see "progress"or lack of it. It won't be ready until next summer so at least there was foundations there!

It's amazing how deceptively small they can look, compared to the finished building. This is actually the garage to the fore....Mr C reckons it's fit for two small sports cars! Mmmm where's the VDub going to go?

Little Miss E is also being a total star wearing her big girl pants out and about and all day. Fourth day with no serious accidents. Let's hope it continues.
