Block capitals; black paint on dressed stone. Dated, 13, no underlines, dotted 'i', curly tail on the end of the 13.

It's odd as there is no other tags at all in this part between the two entrances of the St James Centre, and yet there are a couple of Cigs here which have (a) stood the test of time and (b) not been joined by others from NSA, Youtz, Deli et al.
