A Man of his Word

Colin (centre of the picture) said on Thursday evening that he would be down first thing on Monday morning for a WOD before heading off to the States tomorrow. Sure enough there he was at 6.25am!

Great to work out with him again with a packed group today (by the the got a picture organized we'd already lost 3 other who were there who had to dash off!)

All the best to Colin on his next adventure he's a bloody nice guy and will be missed!

Also, congratulations to my Mum and Dad who celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary today
