Pizza night

I was inspired by a food program I watched this morning to make my own pizza, dough and everything! While it might not have been as good as a traditional wood fired Italian pizza I think it tasted pretty good, especially with a lovely salad and bottle of wine. Not a bad way to spend a night in!
