Premium Bonds

Found these as I was looking for something. Dated 5th April 1980 & 12th December 1979 £5 each I was given these by my Grandad apparently. They were stamped in Baker Street & according to the National Loans act of 1968 they are non transferable.

I don't suppose the kids of today know what a Premium Bond is
