Protest!

This is a sort of protest blip.

Not only did I do a 12 hour office stint, followed by garden watering, rubbish outing and food cooking, as I sat down to eat, probably from sheer exhaustion, I misjudged the distance between my bum and the chair and fell on the floor with a bang.
