Chokecherries

The chokecherries are ripe and the chokecherry winemakers are out in full force...trying to beat the bears to the fruit. There are thousands of wild berry bushes so the bears won't starve...they prefer huckleberries anyway. We do keep an eye out for the furry berry hunters. Most people use "bear-bells" to keep them aware of their presence. Ms M and I sing Broadway show-tunes....loudly!
