Family Day Out
Today we were in Perth. This is where my dad and his family came from and where the majority still live. My Dad and his sister went to visit my grandparents' grave, while Paul, Isla and I had a wander around on our own. This photo was of us at the River Tay.
We did a bit of shopping, had a coffee, had a mooch and watched the cavalcade of vehicles and all their banners trying to muster support for the big vote in September. These guys were on the "YES" campaign, which I think is on a losing battle (usually the ones that are having to shout the loudest are). Although I personally think Scotland should remain with the UK, the passion for their cause was entertaining.
THen we met up with Dad again and went to my Aunt and Uncle's house for an afternoon buffet with the family that remained after the party form Saturday. It was very relaxed and once again Isla was the centre of attention. My younger 2nd cousins couldnt get enough of her, and she was just lapping it up.
Early night for us all today. The bar closed early, so I had evening company tonight as well :)
