La Rochelle to La Maree

Lovely stop in La Rochelle on the last leg of our journey, resisted stripey tops but that won't last! This is our home for 2 weeks near Les Monards about 40 miles south of La Rochelle. 5 minute walk to a lovely little port, kingfishers flashing wonderful turquoise and orange across the lake and lizards sunbathing in the garden, heaven!
