Happy Birthday, Teddy!

Teddy turned 11 on the day he went back to school - starting his last year at primary school.

Quiet, introspective, completely lost in books, smelly feet, laughs like a drain, Father Ted, Carry On films, Monty Python (Life of Brian has now overtaken The Holy Grail), loom bands, writing stories, football, being in goal, the driest sense of humour, history, climbing trees, peace-making, sensitive, afraid of spiders but nothing else, chocolate, marshmallows, Minecraft, Filey, Dr Who.

And every birthday marks the anniversary of starting the single best, most important and rewarding job I've ever had. And I get to keep on doing it. Forever.
