Tiger lilies

It's been a wonderful summer, with sunshine and weeks of warm weather but it seems to be over for the time being. We've had a lot of thunderstorms and heavy rain over the past week. The combination of rain and ever earlier evenings is a reminder that autumn is here - and winter is just around the corner!
