Bee happy...

It's not often you see the full extent of a bee's tongue, but this one was 'cleaning' it. If you look carefully, you can see that her fore-legs are positioned before and behind the tongue, following a downwards 'sweep' or 'swipe'.

I can only assume this is the bee version of cleaning one's teeth after meals!

It's worth a look in large for the detail.
