Gloomy Sunday

Woke up early, Ok 8am, when Hannah crept into our room.

She and I got up and watched Chip and Dale cartons, cuddling on the sofa, It was lovely ;-)

Especially so as I've been feeling very tired/low today and so so lacking in energy. However, I got on my bike and headed up Worlseys Spur regardless. Struggled up in the misting rain (hated it), down "flying nun"(sort of enjoyed it) and then down "the crocodile" (mostly enjoyed it).

Feeling very unfit and lazy right now. That needs to change!

Then off to work for the afternoon as I am away for most of the week.
