Lake Taupo

Travel day today. Fly to Auckland, pick up car, drive to Lake Taupo. I could have flown direct for a few hundred dollars more, but as usual I'd prefer to drive.

Even better, I got upgraded from a Corolla to a Toyota Rav 4, complete with MP3 plug AND a hands free phone kit. Cool. Theoretically they want the car back tomorrow and they will even drive a few hours to swap it. However they didn't call back, so they can't be that urgent. Fleet management eh ...

Quick meeting tonight, then to the motel, which isn't bad, dinner and blip on the beach, some work, and then bed.

Big day tomorrow with a new client. Should be interesting.
