Sarah's solution

Not many things get her unnerved.

I was on edge while she was here but luckily it stayed warm and the crawlies stayed outdoors. Now it's cold and they are reclaiming their winter quarters. Looks like this one is carrying a number of potential offspring!

Being a practical gal, she had a solution ready, just in case. Naturally she had, against her will, to empty the bottle first. This beer, Berliner Weisse, is a speciality from Berlin and was smuggled in to Bavaria by Oliver & family on their visit last month.

All good Bavarian men have far more fear from a bottle of this stuff than Sarah from spiders! Girls beer but both Sarah & Angie enjoyed the odd bottle!

As the situation luckily did not materialise, never found out whether the raspberry smelling drops in the empty bottle were meant to entice the enemy to enter it or whether the poor thing got clobbered with it.
