Food bank
the swelling in my eye has gone down, so when i laugh, my vision isnt restricted by a puffy eyelid, so today, with great trepidation, i took to driving again - i decided that i really did not have the luxury of wasting my whole day on the road, walking under the hot sun on dusty narrow streets with no footpaths to get my jobs done, or waiting for buses that come once an hour - especially in this town during the summer, there are too many nutters on the too-narrow streets
i decided to take a food parcel down to the food bank today - it had been sitting below the ironing board for a while now, and it made me feel guilty seeing it sitting there for so long - people in need of the services of food banks are highly invisible in my town, so its easy to shade your eyes away from this problem when you live in a place like Hania
the box contains similar items as listed here - you may like to compare my list with what you would expect to see in a food bank parcel in your country
