More Lego!

Today was a really horrible day, the tail end of Hurricane Bertha bringing lots of rain. We went to John Lewis in York to buy new school shoes for Orla. After having a nightmare the other night about it being the first day of school and looking at Orla and realising she had no shoes on, because I forgot to buy her a pair, I wanted to sort it out and put my mind at ease. Conor also got a new pair of shoes, wellies for nursery and a jacket. Orla bought some more Lego with her birthday money.

I have left them to it in Yorkshire and headed back to Edinburgh, as I'm delivering some training in the office tomorrow. There didn't seem much point in going home on my own just to come back to Edinburgh in the morning, so I'm staying at the Apex tonight. Got totally drenched on the way here so straight into jammies and bed.
