Thatched cottage

On a rather gloomy day spent the morning writing tour reports for my group at Lagganlia. Glad to have completed them before this weekend when we are competing and helping at the White Rose (this our clubs annual bank holiday weekend - this year based in Scarborough). So hopefully a few coastal photographs over the weekend.

Decided on a short walk to Ellerburn from Thornton Dale. Decided to blip the iconic thatched cottage largely because of the injection of colour through the medium of flowers. Managed to resist the lure of ice cream as we got back to the car!
