First train journey alone!

We took our 12 yr old grand son to the station and put him on the train. Mum picked him up at the other end. A charming young man said he would help him get out at the right stop if need be.

Last night we had ready meals from a supermarket. Ro and I were sick all night, I can't remember feeling so bad and we arrived home from the station and I slept most of the day! Stomach still not feeling good! But at least I have stopped being sick. I'm glad to say 12 yr. old was fine !

I will not be commenting today! Please forgive. Any bright ideas on first foods to eat?
