learning skills

Some weeks we do. Some days we don't.
Being open to the idea is where it begins, accepting the concept it's ok to still be doing it in latter adult years can be tough but having taken an about face in my career, I feel like I'm starting again. Asking for help has been easy. It's easy when those you work with are obliging & enthusiastic to have you invade their space. We can be a nomadic profession & it's drummed in to us before we hit the wards that it's our job to share knowledge.
It's also very useful that we work in an industry rife with procedures written down & updated frequently should we ever need them. Like tonight.

In other learning adventures it was Book Week nation wide...an opportunity to share & impart the skill of reading & story telling. And dressing up.
