Chappel Viaduct

Today it is my wife's birthday.

After she had opened her presents this morning we set off to the little village called Chappel.

There is a large viaduct there which spans the Colne Valley and we wanted to photograph it. This is the second largest brick built structure in the U.K. The first being BATTERSEA POWER STATION.

After we had finished taking our images we went to a very nice pub nearby for lunch called the Swan Inn
