On Board!

Hooray...! The day I've been looking forward to for years has arrived! It's fair to say the kids are a bit giddy, and it's great to see. It's a real shame there are 2 empty seats next to us though.

Gracie's excitement at walking up the steps to get on board was great, and then when it set off and she could see the ground below - she was amazed!

Once we landed in Lisbon it was a little uneasy... The taxi driver didn't know of our address, didn't speak a word of English, nor me of Portuguese! Them him driving at 100mph most of the way didn't help our nerves either! Thankfully I managed to use his google map phone app and direct us here, for about 1.30am....

Here's to 10 days of fun, sun and relaxation...
