The Royal
After getting fed up with the neddish side of things for the past few days, I decided to cheer myself up a bit by looking up at the architecture. After work took a wander up to the Cathedral precinct, then back through the Merchant City. I was quite impressed with the refurbishment of the old Sheriff Court building, now home to the National Youth Theatre, some yuppie houses, a swanky looking bar, a diagonal tunnel and an internal courtyard. Subject of a future blip maybe.
The Royal Infirmary is another, even more impressively massive building, and it was showing up quite well in the early evening sun. This is a 5-frame stitched panorama.
