Pancake Sunday

An early blip for me today - so I can't tell you how the day went, but I KNOW it's another busy one.

Mr S is off to Helensburgh to do more house clearing. Girls have dance rehearsals all day.

I am planning to pull weeds in the garden and possibly make a wee lemon drizzle cake.

That's the plan anyway.

My girls love pancakes on a Sunday morning. They like a selection of toppings, lemon and sugar, chocolate spread, jam, and squeezey cream.

Although sometimes the cream never makes it to the pancake !
