Thornton Dale Scarecrow Festival

On the way to today's orienteering had a pit stop to blip Spiderman. He was part of a Scarecrow Festival in the popular tourist haunt of Thornton Dale. By the time we travelled home the village was heaving with families following the Scarecrow Trail.

The lady who fell down a cliff yesterday was kept in hospital overnight under observation for concussion. Other than a few cuts and bruises she has no other ill effects - thank goodness.

I stopped off at Scarborough Hospital Special Care Baby Unit to make a delivery of knitted hats. They were very well received so I had better get going with the next instalment.
