Present for me?

Looking after next door's cat is a joy, and Scampi is obviously very appreciative of the care we are giving him, so he brought me a lovely present this afternoon!

I think it is a shrew (short tail). Definately a male, and a good size too. So hopefully he has got to pass his genes on before he met Scampi.
