Geocaching day

We decided that as tomorrow's weather is looking a bit iffy that we should get out for a few hours today, so, we started by dragging the boys out of their pits.

This didn't go down too well, but, they still did so.

We travelled down to south of the county (Between Warwick, Stratford and Solihull) where Gail had found a nice circular geocache walk. It was about 3.5 miles in total, but, having taken the wrong path we probably did near 4.5 instead. The good news is that we found all 14 caches on the route - a first. There's normally one or two that prove impossible to find.

The downside is that we took something like 3 hours to do the whole route, by which time it was getting too late to find somewhere for lunch. The fourteen stops to find the clues and caches soon adds time on to your walk. I think we tired both the dog and Jamie out - they both lapsed into a deep slumber for several hours. No stamina! Lightweights - both! Having said that, I may have fallen asleep for a short while ;-)
