Waking up feeling like I've been up all night drinking is such a waste when I haven't. So I did some washing and spent most of the day popping pills.

Couldn't even manage to shift it by this evening so didn't go out with my friends. Head has got worse and my neck is now completely aching. I hope this doesn't drag on.
