Oh dear

I seem to have done my back in.... Again!

The pain that I had when I slipped the disc in my back last year has returned ( I imagine caused by painting fences!) not what I want a week before term starts. Let's hope that some of these special pain killers and behaving myself by not doing anything strenuous will help.
