Getting back into the swing of things
Up early, took Adam to school for a week of pre-season rugby training, Gavin back at work, I am busy sewing name labels on Thomas' new school uniform, ironing....back into the swing of things at home. The rain this morning was very heavy, and I hope it is not a taste of another wet winter with flooding again.
Murdoch is also getting back into the swing of things, sitting in the garden surveying everything around him, sniffing the breeze...if he lifts his head he can see better from under that fringe from his eyebrows.
Adam finally turns 17 tomorrow - he is very young for his school year, and it often frustrates him. Most of his friends are driving already. I remember those days of wanting to be older...but I think that changes around the age of 25!
