.....another rather spectacular day.
A lovely sunny walk followed by a really good run; sunny and bright with no wind and not too hot made for near perfect running conditions....only the hills spoilt it, lol!

There was even time this afternoon, in amongst the 101 things on the to do list, to do a little baking. A gf cake for Mr Cakes Recipe and Malteser slice for everyone else!
