The Ice Boy

It was a lovely evening for an ice bucket challenge and a run.

BB has been desperate to be nominated for the challenge and was delighted to be nominated by his friend J. Tonight was the night. He had it planned. How many buckets and who he was to nominate. He wanted me to throw two buckets of water over him – which I did – he then stepped out of the basin and emptied it over himself and he laughed and smiled the whole time. He said it was such good fun he wanted to be nominated again so he can do it all again. What a wee star!

I then went for a run. I haven’t manned up to my nomination yet!

I think the cold hit him when I took this blip - he had lost his smile!
