Decision Time

Received the sad news today that a former colleague passed away yesterday. A huge shock to everyone as it was totally unexpected.

On a more positive note I had my first encounter with Mindfulness and BB started back at Badminton Club and was very pleased with himself as he played well. The Bake Off is on later. I hope Norman does well this week!
