Picnic

We were booked today to go for a picnic with friends. A month or so ago this seemed a reasonable plan - of course the weather beat us, so instead we had an indoor picnic, complete with sarnies, crisps, French Fancies (blast from the past), pork pie et al. Close friends Peter and Mia came round with baby Matthew, who gleefully entertained us for a few hours whilst we munched away.

Off to Turin tomorrow for three days so no blips - the weather forecast is good, so looking forward to pizza, pasta, ice cream and red wine whilst sitting outside in cafes.
