Khao Soi

This is a dish that is very popular in Chiang Mai, it's based on a red curry paste with Burmese influenced spicing and it is delicious.

We went as a science department (plus one honorary member) to a hotel that does an all you can buffet. Good quality, limitless food for just under £4! It's going to take a while for me to think of prices from a Thai perspective I think.

The afternoon was spent looking at condos and a room from the cheapest budget upwards.
