Pink Sheep.....Again

Having had our access blocked this morning for a delivery of pantiles to complete the roof of the new buildings opposite. I took advantage of some brighter weather this afternoon for a moorland bike ride.

Stopped in Hutton Le Hole to blip the pink sheep at Ryedale Folk Museum. It is decorated with a rag rug ( the splash of blue is meant to reflect the way farmers mark their sheep in order to recognise their animals on the moor). The rag rug reminded me of my Great Aunts who made them for use by their Yorkist Range. The craft seems to be making a come back.

As I got back on the bike a group of male cyclists were just leaving so enjoyed myself racing the uphill and down Dale before they turned off. At one point I was cycling over 30mph!
