The problems of keeping kids happy, number 4568

I thought it would be nice to do some baking with the kids today.
I decided to let them choose what they'd like to bake.
They both wanted to bake different things.
Of course.
We played 'rock, paper, scissors' to solve the dilemma.
We played the first to win three times.
Dexter won fair and square.
Olivia stormed off in a huff.
Myself and Dex set to work on the chocolate chip cookies.
We even asked Olivia if she'd like to lick the bowl.
She refused as she was that mad with us.

However, a little later she happily ate a cookie and I've promised to make chocolate butterfly cakes with her soon!

Are the summer holidays nearly over yet?
