........good news, bad news.............

Up early this morning......out to the doctors.......taking a sample with me.......in and out in 10 minutes...........blood samples taken........results next Thursday.

Home......breakfast.....ready for the dentist visit at 10.30.

Phone rang............dentist......my crown will not be ready until Monday!.....so appointment cancelled. The earliest appointment I can make without taking time off work is Tuesday 4.30.............so I might mis the last coaching session for the fishing.

A lazy afternoon doing nothing..........watching the latest two episodes of Sea Patrol.....out to the local for an early dinner....the Boss' treat..........back by 8.00.

This is the aftermath of the Boss' trip and fall on Sunday......impressive bruises along each side of the foot.........and across the base of the toes.

I fancy a good night's sleep............and a quiet day tomorrow..........what are the chances?
