Whatever happened to opening the box and taking the toy out?

Cut the armour-plated sealing tape, fight to pull out cardboard insert and then go to get the screwdriver (I kid you not) to undo the 2 security plastic before you can hand over the toy.

Today has been foul - both weather and child wise. In fact, child wise the last 3 days have been a nightmare.
Even PD has been moving about the place trying to avoid the screaming kids who keep crashing into him with buggies, toy prams etc.

Thank fu the lord it is Friday.
I have just got home and found myself standing in the kitchen taking painkillers for a massive headache (almost unheard of) and sighing in relief.
