Hay's Dock Cafe Kitchen

A windy start to the day but been sunny most of the day and warm too.  The late afternoon clouded over and been showery and windy!

Another fairly quiet day in the museum but busier than yesterday.  We had a school visit from Kirkwall who are up for the start of the Shetland Screenplay.  
A quiet night ahead and managed to get out walkies with Sammy dog when it was dry :)  Mam popped along and we headed to the supermarket with a couple of my nieces.  
Weekend off, a few things planned but taking it easy and relaxed :)

I was asked to start photographing some of the chefs in the museum café restaurant, Hay's Dock, while they cook.  They do great food there and it's always busy!  Here's Joseph Irvine preparing some handmade chips for the freshly cooked Haddock, enough to make my mouth water again looking at it :)
