My all time favourite beach - Grande Gréve
This is Grande Gréve Bay taken from the steep uneven descent down the cliff face, the path has had to be amended several times in the last few years due to land slides. This is without a doubt my favourite beach in the whole world. There is usually only one other family on this beach, if there's 2 then it's officially crowded.
We went to view the cottage this morning, India, Mark and I cycled over there and were amazed, it is so much nicer than we had imagined. It is in old chapel so has lovely high ceilings and such a lovely feel to it.
We all went to Grande gréve after lunch, Dad fell in a bramble patch on the way down though. India and Heidi were straight into the sparkling water and were jumping waves for ages. Mum went in too as they were getting a bit too brave. Heidi had great fun tying Mark up with seaweed much to his disgust. Mum and Dad took Ruby, India and Heidi to Hugos for lobster dinner and Mark and I went to the best lobster restaurant in the world - The Sablonnerie for our dinner. We cycled back through the pitch black windy night clutching tiny torches in our hands.
