our tree spirit

I bought this amazing wooden carving by J Storey from an ethnic craft shop in the centre of Perth many many years ago. Using the natural features of the wood J. Storey creates unique and highly individual pieces.
They are all called 'Tree Spirits'

I selected this one because it reminded me of Bill ( apart from the wart on its nose!) It has a good energy about it.

I am on annual leave now for a week to spend time with my almost 12 year old granddaughter A who is on her school mid term break.

I love being in her company. She is a joy to be with.
