Circus in Town.

I was quite surprised to see this traveling circus set up on the corner of a busy intersection that I frequent often.
This vacant block of land has not been used for many years except for the occasional parking overflow from the nearby race course or a place to land helicopters in times of emergency.
I thought the days of the circus in this form had long since past.

Wonder if they need an extra clown?
