Chocolate Mousse

I came across this strange, large fungi on our walk this morning, and it looked just like a delicious , chocolate mousse in a gilded bowl. However, I doubt whether it tasted very good although some creature had already dined on it., but just going on appearance you could probably charge a fortune for it in nearby St Moritz.
