Snowy September

This unseasonal summer continues into September. We awoke this morning to fresh snow down to about 2000 metres, which is only 250 metres above our house. we have had snow before this summer but it has usually disappeared by lunchtime. Not today however, the snow remained but with the weather forecast predicting warmer weather, no doubt it will disappear again.
